Doctoral Training

Tommy attained Ph.D. and masters degrees in Psychology from Michigan State University, USA between 1987-1994.  A Phi Beta Kappa, Tommy graduated top of his undergraduate class at the University of Hawaii.  Having received foundational education and understanding of human performance and motivation, he has astutely applied his scientific knowledge to business settings for over two decades.
